In short- no. The Referral Program is a database of over 30 design professionals who take interest in promoting their very specialized services to consumers. Each designer maintains their own independent practice and has working knowledge of any or all of the following: space planning, architecture, electrical and plumbing as well as appropriate installers for wallpaper, tile, cabinetry, window treatments and upholstery. However, every designer is different, just as every client is different. Many designers and decorators have specialties in area such as bath design, historic, restoration, contemporary design or lighting. Our program will help you select a professional who suits your needs and wants. |

No, Designers Walk® is offering you a free one-hour one-on-one consultation with a designer or decorator from our roster. You may spend this hour as you like — reviewing floor plans, discussing design solutions, or seeking out just the right furnishing or accessory. There is no obligation. Should you decide to enlist the services of your design professional, it is up to you to discuss professional fees and pricing structures with him or her after or during your initial consultation.
The Designers Walk® showrooms are not retail stores, however, so business here is conducted very differently. In order to purchase product from any of our exclusive Showrooms, you will have to enlist a design professional, or come to an agreed upon working arrangement with one. Working with the design professional will allow you access to an infinite world of custom design and décor products you will never see at a retail design showroom, and likely never see in any one else’s residence. Our program is your gateway to the world of custom tailored design, made and designed with you in mind. Our program also facilitates the renovation and decorating process, allowing you to maximize your time and make the most of your design investment. |
